Composition Assignment.
First time that we utilized all we learned from previous composition assignments such as greenscreen, cgi implimentation, rotoscoping, grading, etc.
I created the canyon by creating a basic wall in 3D, that I camera tracked and added into the scene. I then used 3D projection inside of nuke to add details such as the pipes directly onto the surface. This part was alot of headaches but in the end it worked out.
To add realism, the sky is a card that wraps around the shot, and uses deformation using the image luminance to create depth.
In the end, this was alot of fun to work with, and Im really happy with the result.
